We are excited to bring back our popular Art and Hands-on activities to the Children and Families of our neighborhood library community. Covid-19 also had a tremendous impact on the activities of the museum and we again feel honored to be able to share again our award-winning programming and outreaches.

Agape Children’s Museum Afterschool Art at the Library Program directly aligns with our mission to provide meaningful arts learning opportunities to children who are at risk academically and/or reside in communities underserved by the arts and cultural programming.

The FREE Art workshops will be offered to any Long Beach Public Library branches. These workshops for children ages 5-12, will present art related to a different theme, building creativity, socio-emotional, and academic skills through painting, drawing, sculpting, and numerous other art forms.

Support and funding for this program is funded by a community grant for 2022-2023 and keeps this program accessible to the greater Long Beach community. We again thank you for this opportunity to serve your neighborhood and please follow us at agapechildrensmuseum.org or on all of our social media pages of Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to find out when Agape will be coming to a Library near you.
