INSPIRING ART SHOWCASE ON VIOLENCE PREVENTION

This year’s 1 to 3 day(s) Agape Annual Mini-Summer Art Camp is an interdisciplinary program empowering children to prevent delinquency, youth violence, and gang involvement. Through arts-based learning, community-based interventions, and mentorship, campers will learn bullying prevention, conflict resolution, and anger management strategies. They will explore themes of art, culture, and inclusion, creating anti-violence artwork using various mediums like drawing, painting, and sculpture making. This supportive environment fosters creativity and showcases artistic talents while building essential interpersonal and emotional skills like communication, problem-solving, empathy, and conflict management.
